  4. Compliance and Audits: Ensures adherence to financial regulations and policies and prepares for external audits.
  5. Record-Keeping: Maintains systematic and detailed records of all financial transactions for accountability and reference.
  6. Financial Advisory: Provides expert financial advice to other departments to support strategic initiatives and operational decision-making.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  1. Develop and manage annual budgets and multi-year financial forecasts
  2. Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate business opportunities and risks
  3. Conduct variance analysis by comparing actual performance to budget and forecast
  4. Prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders
  5. Provide strategic financial guidance to support departmental and company-wide initiatives
  6. Analyze cash flow and working capital to improve financial liquidity
  7. Support long-range capital planning and investment decision-making
